What is your shipping Policy?
There are a number of variables that will affect the price of shipping. The price you see at the check out will be calculated based on weight and quantity.
I ship the cheapest route, using USPS and UPS. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance. Customers will receive tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped.
*In-Store pick up – FREE for all Kansas and Missouri residents. The option is available once KS or MO address is entered at check out.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
There are no returns on prints. Original paintings may be returned within 14 days from receiving your item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees.

How can I keep up with your new work?
You can find me on Facebook, Instragram, Twitter & Tumbler. I'm always posting new work and the stages of the creation process! Or, stop down and see me in person in my studio at Timmer Gallery in downtown Lawrence.
Can I get a print in a larger size? I can't find what I'm looking for on your site.
It is sometimes possible to get prints in larger or smaller sizes. If you need something specific, please message me and I will see what your options are.
How much does it cost to commission a painting?
The price will be determined by the size and nature of your selection. Most commissions I have been doing are in the $1500-$4000 range. Sometimes they are less, sometimes they are much more.
How long does it take for you to complete a painting?
That question can be difficult to answer. It all depends on the size and nature of the piece. A lot of paintings are done within three to four weeks of their start date.
Can I hire you to take aerial photographs or video with your drone?
Yes! Just send me a message explaining what you need to have done and where it is located. I would be happy to get you a qoute.
Where is your gallery/studio?

Are the prints you offer online the same as the prints in your gallery?
The limited edition paper prints are the same. The canvas print options will be completely different since I use several different print companies for my local needs.
